It's extremely hard to comprehend that those of us that live and work in the trenches, and in a country like the United States, one of the most cherished precepts of our Constitution, and the number one amendment in the Bill of Rights, and probably the most important of the amendments to that Constitution, freedom of speech, is under attack.
Worse of course as angry, sinister, ignorant and violent progressive liberal students and nonstudents disrupt campuses, administers, without ethical principles, stand by while these institutions of "higher learning", colleges and universities become battle grounds, they accept and allow this outrageous condition to become common place.
The good news is the fight for civility and principle are fighting back.

According to some observers, college campuses are facing a “free speech crisis.” From author Charles Murray, who faced violent protests at Middlebury College, to Manhattan Institute scholar Heather Mac Donald, who was shouted down by students at Claremont McKenna College, controversial free speech cases arise on college campuses almost weekly.
But amid the chaos, some college and university administrators are working harder than ever to protect the First Amendment. The Daily Signal traveled to the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, which has faced its own campus protests in recent weeks, to find out how difficult—and costly—it is in today’s political environment to stand up for free speech.
