The Constitution Written to Prevent Tyranny : How Did It Fail

The question that remains is if the Constitution was written to prevent these two from gain public office, how did they get elected?

Was it that Gruber is right and the main stream media knows this and has taken advantage of the general publics appalling ignorance.
