To start the conversation as to who is responsible, it must begin with these people who find their positions at the top of the power pyramid, but inadequate to match their mental powers for intellectual deduction and inspirational debate, to fully allow them to rule the lower classes that are consistently shown to be in chaos and befuddlement!
Truly, the real power brokers must rule if we are to survive as nation of free people! Rifght?
