Any time an organization is failing, look no further than the leadership1 And in Minnesota those that are leading today are avoid criminals, the worst in the country at all levels, and they are all democrxaaats in good national standing.

The state of Minnesota is total failure where it seems everyone is on the take including a large sections of the electorate, the Somali's number over 100 thousand legal and illegals, that were able, allowed by government officials inside and outside of the state, to steal in fraudulent schemes and operations more $9 billion of the tax payers money over several decades.
And if anyone needs more proof of how it was accomplished, you need medial help!
