It sure sounds like the British want to take back control of the little people, those that are unclean and ignorant!
The ruling class find it unacceptable that the unwashed would want to have an opinion? What good can come from that! What ever they have to say is of little or no importance, so way allow them to speak?
Especially when there's work to be done in the fields and streets to clean!

They must learn to do what we say is best for them. Pay on attention to what we do, it doesn't concern them! |
