It seems every minute of every day we have choices and when it comes to doing the right thing that is demanded in a civil society means we may have to defend ourselves physically and or mentally in order to remain who we are. What we learned from experience and believe is true, trumps all other options.
To compromise will lead to a failure of spirit and therefore self-worth. What's left if as individuals we become nonexistent stranding in line waiting for others to tell us who we are?
The bigger question is how and why did we willing give up our identity?
