The duplicity is not lost on anyone that's awake. What could be more important then saving the Snail Darter? We love the Snail Dater! Who's taking about National security? What's that?
But maybe this is the problem from the beginning. Too many among us are not wake. But worse, so many of the sleepers are Republicans and Conservatives! Not just socialsit liberal democrats. Worse yet, maybe there isn't that much difference between them anymore?
