Progressive's "Fundamental Change" : Taking From the Productive

I guess this is what the progressive socialist liberal democrats had in mind when they promised back in 2007-08 that they wanted to "Fundamentally change" America.

What good reasons to vote for more democrats. Sadly millions will.
