Mr Obama's Phone Call A Joke : Knock, Knock - Who's Where?

This is just a spoof on Mr Obama and how Putin is making him look the fool, but perhaps this isn't all that ridiculous in that maybe Mr Obama really is this foolish and incompetent.

On the other hand, maybe he is showing all of us that he is who he is, and what he is doing domestically, and in his foreign policy tact, is on purpose. Then this would be a completely different animal all together.
