Rand Paul takes to the floor of the Senate to ask a question of his fellow senators - why should be we on a 600 page bill without reading it?
Little wonder the general public thinks congress is out of control or worse, in control of our lives. By the way it's not the entire congress that incompetent, just the Senate as it is run by progressive socialist Democrats.
