Joe Biden Wants to Retrain Cattle Guards
A few months ago, President Obama received and was reading a report that there were over 100,000 cattle guards in Colorado . The Colorado ranchers had protested his proposed changes in grazing policies, so he ordered the Secretary of the Interior to fire half of the “cattle” guards immediately!
Before the Secretary of the Interior could respond and presumably try to straighten President Obama out on the matter, Vice-President Joe Biden, intervened with a request that...before any “cattle” guards were fired, they be given six months of retraining for Arizona border guards. 'Times are hard', said Joe Biden, 'it's only fair to the cattle guards and their families!'

This may be the lowest standard for truth ever proposed.
We don't need the "Cattle Guards" story to prove that Obama and Biden are both idiots.
There are plenty of other examples. "Stand up Chuck, let them see you" (to wheel chair bound political ally State Senator Chuck Graham), "We've campaigned in a all 57 states with two left to go." and my personal favorites as Obama said in Strongsville Ohio, "...your employer, it's estimated, will see premiums fall by as much as 3000%..."
(apparently Obama failed basic math.)
Whether this be fact or fiction, I've absolutely no problem believing this highly probable for both of these moronic miscreants ✔❗
