Real Life Explaining Progressive Liberal Ideology : Up Front And Personal

I just had to relate this situation because it was a perfect example in all aspects of what is transpiring in our country today.

Real life Situation that explains progressive liberal democrat ideology.

Friends and social associates of ours, liberal democrats, gave us two Orchids the other day and we assumed that the plants were a gift. But later in the week we were informed that indeed they wanted them back but only after the bloom. Is this a joke?

I have several Orchids, five to exact,  that I nurse and water on a more or less strict schedule for assuring their survival, and I do say ''mostly'' as I have informed them, all five of them, that all will be well as long as the grow and bloom after my sincere attention to their health. But if they deicide to die because I haven't followed the rules close enough to their liking, then so be it. Die.

I told them there are a lot more where they came from! So the ball is in their court. Like most of us, we all have options!

But wait a minute. What? According to the plan laid down by the liberals, we are to repot them, keep watered and place them in proper places in the house, they don't like direct sun light and not a lot water either, to insure their chances to bloom, which in some cases might take more then two years. I have two plants that are going on three years that have done nothing to earn their keep.

Now we are informed that it's our responsibility to take care of these plants until they bloom and then return them to the democrats so they can enjoy the fantastic colors of Orchid flowers.

Immigration? Foreign policy? Education? Health Care? It's your responsibility to take care of everything that we believe is right and proper. We liberals living behind our walls and gates can't be bothered with the every day tasks of caring for the grasping unwashed and needy.

These two people just retired with incomes that allows them to world travel on a regular basis and or do what ever they want without worrying about the long green becoming a problem. And yet it's someone else's problem, responsibility to care of these two plants until they are productive.

Understand, Orchids are not difficult to raise as house plants. They are for the most part tougher then most. So why dump them on us to take care of them?

I find this assumption unreasonable and told my wife that I will repot them and then give them back so they can enjoy the rigors of attention that is required and the pride in the result when the Orchid blooms which can last for weeks.

But the wife was aghast that this proposal. She said it would ruin our relationship with these people as they would be offended. She said we will just take of them for the time being and then wait to see what happens later. Just don't make waves. 'I don't want to lose their friendship'. 'It's not a big deal. We can do this without cause a problem.'

Stand down and shut up. Be silent in the face of aggression. Republicans love this. Always looking for a safe place to hide from progressive democrats who want them to take a knee.

Sound familiar? But when the country is headed over the cliff, and situation is dire, it's the Republicans that have to be the adults in the room and be responsible, take over the reigns of power to save the country.

The people spoke in 2016 to save the country.

But this is the problem and the point of this discussion of how these two people decided to outsource care of these plants for no other reason then it requires a schedule and attention and can't be bothered with responsibility. It apparently interferes with their agenda for have a care-free life. It's up to me to carry the ball into the end zone while they raise their collective hands in victory. They didn't even have to break a sweat.

Other's must be tasked to get their hands dirty while others must lead. Who knew?

It's this attitude, the socialists ideology which explains our national social divide between reality and fantasy. And know this, it's not just a misunderstanding, this is what they really believe is the right thing to do. Some people are tasked to serve and others to be served.

And this is what divides us. The gap between Conservatives and liberals. Republicans and democrats. The people and the politicians. This situation can not end well for the relationship of our friends, it will be tainted and as it is for our country. Whole families have been torn apart because of what the progressive socialsit liberal democrats have done to transform the country.

Luckily though for all concerned, I will take care of the plants so they have chance to grow and flower just as Donald Trump has taken the reigns of power as dedicated be his election by the people that know what responsibility means.

God bless America and for the republic! One nation, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

DeVos To Cancel Ed. Regulation : Barrrack Targeted ''For Profit'' Schools

The basic strategy for targeting the free market and individual freedom to chose, Barrrack and his fellow warriors of his religious jihad for ''transformation'' of America to a society of obedient socialists, is alive and well in this regulation nightmare of control for profit schools that DeVos is about to squash.

Instead of one more nail in our coffin of individual freedom being sealed and destroyed, we see the secretary in her quest to bring the country back from the edge, she is instead removing a nail. And that is a good thing for our country's prosperity.

And a good  thing for individual freedom, the very bulwark for free market capitalism.

Betsy DeVos to Nix Obama Rule That Hurt Proprietary Colleges and Students

Another damaging Obama regulation is heading for the ash heap, which is great news for students.

The New York Times and Wall Street Journal are reporting that the Department of Education is planning to fully rescind the “gainful employment” regulations promulgated by the Obama administration.

Those regulations largely target proprietary or “for-profit” institutions of higher education. They require vocational programs, along with some programs at community colleges, to achieve certain debt-to-income ratios for their graduates. That is, students who participate in those programs must have a certain level of income in comparison with their student debt: Loan repayments can constitute no more than 8 percent of their earnings, and no more than 20 percent of their discretionary income.

Schools are considered to be in the “warning zone” and risk losing access to student loans and grants if their graduates have debt-to-earnings ratios between 8 and 12 percent or between 20 and 30 percent of their discretionary income. Institutions whose students have debt in excess of 12 percent of their earnings or in excess of 30 percent of their discretionary income are considered to have failed the gainful employment rule.

This is a classic government-knows-best policy that would have significantly limited choices for students. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is right to roll back the policy.

The Obama gainful employment rule was clearly designed to affect certain types of schools. The rule was not applied evenly across all institutions—traditional four-year colleges were insulated from it. Yet, if the regulation were extended to traditional colleges offering gainful employment-eligible programs, they would also largely fail the measure. This suggests the rule’s application to for-profit schools was more about politics than prudent policy.

This rule would have placed unrealistic expectations on many graduates. Considering that the average college graduate holds $29,000 in student loan debt, students would have to earn more than $32,000 upon graduation to fulfill the 8 percent debt-to-earnings ratio. What’s more, the average debt-to-earnings ratio among all graduates of U.S. institutions broadly is 13 percent, and for more than a third of those students, the ratio is 12 percent, according to the National Center for Education Statistics.

Specifically, 26 percent of graduates from public universities, 39 percent of graduates from private universities, and 35 percent of graduates from for-profit institutions had debt-to-earnings ratios higher than 12 percent in 2009. For-profit schools actually fared better on this measure than private universities, and only 9 percentage points worse than public four-year institutions.

Simply put, the arbitrary 8 to 12 percent standard would be disastrous if applied evenly to schools across the board, as many programs and four-year public institutions would fail the gainful employment rules. Yet the Obama administration chose to target proprietary institutions and some programs at community colleges while shielding other schools. Marc Jerome of the James G. Martin Center explains:

'The School of Visual Arts is a well-respected, highly competitive fine arts and design college in New York that happens to be for-profit. It has a high graduation rate (66 percent), a low student loan default rate (7 percent), and a low number of defaulters (59). These are exemplary outcomes, but because its graduates pursue creative and fine art careers that do not pay very much the first few years after graduation, many of its programs won’t pass the regulation. … [V]irtually all programs at fine arts colleges in the country would fail the rule. However, only for-profit programs like those at the School of Visual Arts would be penalized and ultimately shut down as a result. The non-profit schools get a free pass.'

In addition to unfairly targeting proprietary schools, the rule limits options for students. As Harry C. Alford, president and CEO of the National Black Chamber of Commerce, explained in a congressional hearing:

'The black-owned businesses that I represent rely on graduates of proprietary colleges targeted by the recent gainful employment rule. These proprietary colleges serve minority, low-income, and high-risk students at much greater numbers than traditional four-year institutions and have more success doing it. As issued by the Department of Education, the gainful employment rule will limit college access to scores of minority students.'

Rolling back the gainful employment rule is smart policy that will ensure students have access to a wide variety of higher education options to help them achieve their life and career goals. One caveat, however. The New York Times reports:

'The Education Department wrote in the draft rule that it planned to update the scorecard with information about specific programs for all colleges and universities that are eligible for federal financial aid, ‘thus improving transparency and providing information to students to inform their enrollment decisions through a market-based accountability system.’

Adding new reporting requirements to the federal college scorecard isn’t ideal, but it is preferable to a politicized gainful employment rule that targets the proprietary sector, threatens students attending these schools with the loss of student loans and grants, and ultimately, limits choices for students.

Many students seek out vocational training as a means of establishing a meaningful, long-term career in a critical field. The government should not penalize them for that choice.

Terrorists Hamas Attacking Israel : Palestinians In Lockstep With Hamas?

All this manipulation of the news from Gaza in the American and international press as to how the Israelis are attacking the innocent Palestinians at the boarder servers the purpose of Hamas and the press alike. This is scarily reminiscent of how the American press is treating the administration of Donald Trump.

It appears Hamas in Palestine and the progressive socialist liberals in America have a lot in common.

Deception and deceit, misinformation and out right lies about what transpires in Israel and what Donald Trump is actually doing to bring prosperity and security back to our country.

Success in American , like peace between Israel and the Palestinians must not happen because if peace and prosperity breaks out, the hateful mob of domestic terrorists in America and international terrorists in Palestine, they will lose the battle for death and destruction and their ultimate goal to secure absolute power for themselves.

The True Extent of Palestinian Hatred for Israel
Armstrong Williams / /

Pick up any newspaper and you might get the impression that Israel is being ruthless and aggressive when it comes to dealing militarily with the Palestinians. That is especially true for those living under the control of the terrorist group Hamas in Gaza.

Regardless of manipulation of the news by Hamas, this could not be further from the truth.

Most recently, terrorists in Gaza were responsible for firing 200 rockets and explosive projectiles into southern Israel in the span of one day. Contrary to what Hamas may lead you to believe, these deadly weapons were not directed at military bases or government buildings; instead, they were directed at civilians and population centers.

In the terrorists’ eyes, the more innocent Israelis who are wounded or killed, the better; that is the goal and they are not afraid to admit it. Thankfully, Israel is well-prepared for such attacks and is unafraid to appropriately defend itself. The country must be, for it has suffered through these attacks almost constantly for years on end.

The Red Alert system, which warns Israelis of incoming attacks with a mere 15 seconds of lead time, blares relentlessly throughout the barrages. Mothers and their families scramble to take cover as the Palestinian terrorist rocket crews attempt to deliver death and destruction upon them.

In Sderot, one of the Israeli cities closest to the Gaza border, children hunkered down in playgrounds and at bus stops that also double as bomb shelters, designed for this very purpose. It is both incredible and tragic that Israeli bus stops must be built to withstand rocket fire. As Americans, it is hard to relate to this grim reality.

Thankfully, the Iron Dome missile defense system—Israel’s great protector against short-range rockets—intercepted dozens of projectiles before they could do any significant damage. Dozens more fell in uninhabited spaces. One projectile landed in a kibbutz and another on a synagogue. Luckily, neither of these caused injury or resulted in casualty.

Tragically, another rocket smashed directly into a home in Sderot, wounding at least three Israelis, including two teenagers. Since its rebirth as a state in 1948, it seems that Israel has not known a day of peace, but not for lack of trying.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said it best: “If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more violence. If the Jews put down their weapons today, there would be no more Israel.”

To his point, Israel not only has the right to defend itself against those who would like to see it annihilated; it also has a duty to protect its citizens. Rockets do not discriminate and threaten Jews, Christians, Muslims, and Bedouins alike. Israel’s military response in Gaza to this latest provocation was not only warranted—it was necessary.

In what was the largest attack against Hamas since 2014’s Operation Protective Edge, the Israel Defense Forces subsequently bombed a series of military targets in Gaza, including attack tunnels, weapons storage facilities, and a Hamas urban combat training facility.

To put things in perspective, imagine if even one rocket was fired by a hostile nation into America. There would be outrage and calls for immediate and harsh action. But since it is happening in Israel, the world instead focuses on the response, unfairly heaping condemnation on the Jewish state.

There is absolutely no moral equivalency between Hamas’ attack and Israel’s defensive response. Hamas was aiming at innocent civilians, while Israel took aim only at strategic Hamas targets. By no means was the Israel Defense Forces’ response excessive. Absorbing 200 rockets in a single day creates an untenable situation, and Hamas must be deterred from firing more deadly weapons into Israeli territory.

For weeks, Hamas has been sending kites over the Gaza border. These are not the colorful, harmless kites of childhood that you might imagine. Instead, these kites are ominous, affixed with firebombs and other explosives. They have destroyed acre upon acre of Israeli agricultural land.

It is clear to anyone who closely observes the reality in Israel that the No. 1 goal of Hamas is the destruction of Israel, not pursuing a viable Palestinian state, which is what Hamas wants you to think.
While Israel tries to minimize casualties, Hamas does the complete opposite. Let us not forget that Hamas is an internationally recognized terrorist organization, infamous for using the Palestinian people as human shields and for using financial incentives to encourage people to become suicide bombers.

During recent protests, Hamas encouraged Gazans to try to storm the border with Israel. Having gotten wind of this plan of action, Israel responded by dropping leaflets beforehand warning everyone to avoid harm by not approaching or attempting to breach the barrier.

Hamas knew full well that it was sending its own people to death since no country would allow a mass infiltration by a mob incited to rampage and kill innocents. But dead Palestinians provide great PR pressure points for Hamas against Israel. After whipping its own people into a frenzy all while knowing that it was a death sentence, Hamas proceeded.

In the aftermath, Hamas painted a very different story of innocent Palestinian victims in a peaceful mob, gunned down by Israel. It and a chorus of international actors then denounced and lambasted Israel.

The Palestinians should immediately halt these cynical games. Until then, Israel has no choice but to do what it must to defend its people.

IRS Hiring Back Fired Employees : The War Starts On Donald Trump?

The hiring of fired employees sure has the sound of 2010 IRS scandal all over it where the IRS targeted nearly 300 Republican and Conservative organizations that were seeking tax exempt status before the 2012 presidential election.

The IRS stonewalled these organizations holding that approval or denying them for years. The IRS reviewed 21 democrat applications and approve all but 6 within weeks. Who Knew?

What better way to fight the good fight against Donald Trump in 2020 election year then to begin the operation of attacking Conservatives all over again to stop support for Trump's reelection then to use the power of a federal agency for that purpose.

The next question that has to be asked is, when will the IRS hire back Lois Learner to lead the attack again on Republicans?

The IRS Has Rehired Hundreds of Fired Employees. Congress Should Step In.
John York /

For one of the most punitive agencies in the federal government, the IRS sure is forgiving with its own employees.

Rep. Kristi Noem, R-S.D., has proposed a bill that would prevent the IRS from rehiring employees fired for misconduct or poor performance. The bill, titled the Ensuring Integrity in the IRS Workforce Act, follows a recent Treasury inspector general report that shows the IRS rehired more than 200 fired workers in a little over a year. A previous inspector general report proves this problem dates back to at least 2009.

According to the Treasury Department’s inspector general, the IRS did not provide officials responsible for hiring decisions with information about employment history, though that information is readily available. As a result, the IRS—an agency with nearly unrivaled access to citizens’ personal information and capacity to harass individual taxpayers—rehired:

A fired worker with several misdemeanor theft convictions and one count of felony possession of a forgery device.
11 employees previously disciplined for unauthorized access to taxpayer accounts.
An employee who was absent without leave for 270 hours—the equivalent of 33 work days.
An employee fired for physically threatening co-workers.
An employee fired for lying about previous criminal convictions on employment forms.
17 employees previously caught falsifying official documents.

Often, these employees do not have to wait long to get their old offices back. Two IRS employees fired for poor performance were rehired within six months.

Faced with these findings, the IRS was unapologetic. In a response letter to the Inspector General’s Office, the IRS’ chief human capital officer wrote that the IRS “determined its current process is more than adequate to mitigate any risks to American taxpayers, federal agencies, and its employees.”

Given that the IRS refuses to change its hiring process, swift congressional action is necessary. And Noem’s bill has a good chance to pass. In fact, a previous version of this legislation passed the House, 345-78, a little more than two years ago.

These inspector general reports and the IRS’ response are especially disturbing given the IRS’ extraordinary power over citizens. No department or agency should be able to rehire employees fired for misconduct or poor performance. Future legislation should make federal employees non-hirable throughout the federal government.

This may sound unduly harsh. After all, like private-sector managers, federal managers sometimes may be unfairly critical toward employees that rub them the wrong way. But, unlike in the private sector, there are multiple safeguards in place to prevent wrongful terminations.

Fired federal employees have four separate agencies to help them challenge a termination. In many cases, an employee can have multiple agencies review their case one after another. Thorough to the point of absurdity, this complicated process of appeals (which I describe here) can tie up managers, arbitrators, and administrative judges for years.

Given the incredibly high burden of firing one employee, many managers choose to ignore problem employees as long as possible. A recent survey found only 44 percent of federal employees agree that “steps are taken to deal with a poor performer who cannot or will not improve” in their workplace. On average, the federal government fires about 10,000 employees a year out of a workforce of 2.1 million.

In other words, one in every 200 federal employees is fired in a given year. Only state and local education employees have greater job security.

Given their rarity, it’s safe to assume that pink slips are well earned in the federal workforce. Recipients of this dubious distinction have gotten all the second chances they deserve. When federal employees are shown the door, they should not be let back in.

Noem’s legislation is a long-overdue correction to federal personnel practices tailored to fit workers, rather than meet the mission.

Socialism Is The Future : democrats Are All On Board

One has to wonder just what really is the idea behind the democrat national committee chairman's statement that socialism is the future of their collective to lead America to prosperity.

Even in the face of abject failure where ever it's tried, in the end it will fail and the results are always catastrophic. And yet we have millions of people happily living the fruits of capitalism that are yelling, demanding that socialism is the future for success in America.

Ignorance has no substance, only contempt for success.

This November, socialism will be front and center as a product to vote for with so many progressive democrats on the ticket. Just remember what you see in this picture and then you still vote for democrats, it means you are mentally unbalanced and dangerous to yourself and others, a lot of others.

democrats Bernie Sanders and Alexandra Cortez's America!

Sorry If You’re Offended, but Socialism Leads to Misery and Destitution

On the same day that Venezuela’s “democratically” elected socialist president, Nicolas Maduro, whose once-wealthy nation now has citizens foraging for food, announced he was lopping five zeros off the country’s currency to create a “stable financial and monetary system,” Meghan McCain of “The View” was the target of internet-wide condemnation for having stated some obvious truths about collectivism.

During the same week we learned that the democratic socialist president of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, is accused of massacring hundreds of protesters whose economic futures have been decimated by his economic policies, Soledad O’Brien and writers at outlets ranging from GQ, to BuzzFeed, to the Daily Beast were telling McCain to cool her jets.

In truth, McCain was being far too calm. After all, socialism is the leading man-made cause of death and misery in human existence. Whether implemented by a mob or a single strongman, collectivism is a poverty generator, an attack on human dignity, and a destroyer of individual rights.

It’s true that not all socialism ends in the tyranny of Leninism or Stalinism or Maoism or Castroism or Ba’athism or Chavezism or the Khmer Rouge—only most of it does. And no, New York primary winner Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t intend to set up gulags in Alaska. Most so-called democratic socialists—the qualifier affixed to denote that they live in a democratic system and have no choice but to ask for votes—aren’t consciously or explicitly endorsing violence or tyranny.

But when they adopt the term “socialism” and the ideas associated with it, they deserve to be treated with the kind of contempt and derision that all those adopting authoritarian philosophies deserve.

But look: Norway!

Socialism is perhaps the only ideology that Americans are asked to judge solely based on its piddling “successes.” Don’t you dare mention Albania or Algeria or Angola or Burma or Congo or Cuba or Ethiopia or Laos or Somalia or Vietnam or Yemen or, well, any other of the dozens of other inconvenient places socialism has been tried. Not when there are a handful of Scandinavian countries operating generous welfare state programs propped up by underlying vibrant capitalism and natural resources.

Of course, socialism exists on a spectrum, and even if we accept that the Nordic social program experiments are the most benign iteration of collectivism, they are certainly not the only version. Pretending otherwise would be like saying, “The police state of Singapore is more successful than Denmark. Let’s give it a spin.”

It turns out, though, that the “Denmark is awesome!” talking point is only the second-most preposterous one used by socialists. It goes something like this: If you’re a fan of “roads, schools, libraries, and such,” although you may not even be aware of it, you are also a supporter of socialism.

This might come as a surprise to some, but every penny of the $21,206 spent in Ocasio-Cortez’s district each year on each student, rich or poor, is provided with the profits derived from capitalism. There is no welfare system, no library that subsists on your good intentions. Having the state take over the entire health care system could rightly be called a socialistic endeavor, but pooling local tax dollars to put books in a building is called local government.

It should also be noted that today’s socialists get their yucks by pretending collectivist policies only lead to innocuous outcomes like local libraries. But for many years they were also praising the dictators of Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., the nation’s most successful socialist, isn’t merely impressed with the goings-on in Denmark. Not very long ago, he lauded Hugo Chavez’s Venezuela as an embodiment of the “American dream,” even more so than the United States.

Socialists like to blame every inequity, the actions of every greedy criminal, every downturn, and every social ill on the injustice of capitalism. But none of them admit that capitalism has been the most effective way to eliminate poverty in history.

Today, in former socialist states like India, there have been big reductions in poverty thanks to increased capitalism. In China, where communism sadly still deprives more than a billion people of their basic rights, hundreds of millions benefit from a system that is slowly shedding socialism. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, the extreme poverty rate in the world has been cut in half. And it didn’t happen because Southeast Asians were raising the minimum wage.

In the United States, only 5 percent of people are even aware that poverty has fallen in the world, according to the Gapminder Foundation, which is almost certainly in part due to the left’s obsession with “inequality” and normalization of “socialism.”

Nearly half of American millennials would rather live in a socialist society than in a capitalist one, according to a YouGov poll. That said, only 71 percent of those asked were able to properly identify either. We can now see the manifestation of this ignorance in our elections and “The View” co-host Joy Behar.

But if all you really champion are some higher taxes and more generous social welfare, stop associating yourself with a philosophy that usually brings destitution and death. Call it something else. If not, McCain has every right to associate you with the ideology you embrace.

Failure and Conflict : The democrats ''New Wave'' Strategy

Alexandra Cortez is the new face of political socialism for America. democrats believe this is winning strategy for the midterm election in November and beyond.

Insanity is the new strategy. Chaos and conflict, pestilence and poverty will win the day.

'First we must destroy the existing system that brought 242 years of success and prosperity. We must then show what the people understand is success, is not really success. Success can only be determined when we are in power.'

And then along came a new strategy for success. Destroy the country first!

Who Is The NRA? : People Founded In Reality

What is reality and how does it apply to our daily lives. Fantasy is Disneyland but how you got to see Disneyland and understand who and how it came to be is reality.

To believe all that is required for existence is to believe someone else will take care of you and your needs is fantasy. That those who wish to take your positions and enslave you are not just politicians but many of your fellow citizen and many that aren't citizens is reality.

To allow and depend on a promise, being all things for all the people for your personal existence and safety s not realty. The only defining truth is you are the most important security agent in your life.

It's your individual freedom to chose that will make you prosperous and safe.

I Used to Hate Guns and the NRA. Then I Was Mugged.
Ryan Moore / /

I’d hated guns since I was a teenager. It was a gun that killed John Lennon, after all. Guns killed President John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King.

Get rid of the guns, problem solved—or so I thought. In December of 2012, I even tweeted President Barack Obama, urging him to repeal the Second Amendment and “stop” the National Rifle Association. (Never mind that a president can’t do either by himself.)

Then, a little more than five months later, in May of 2013 in San Francisco, I was mugged. One guy held a gun in my face, and the other held a gun to the back of my head. They took my MacBook Air, two iPads, an iPhone, an iPod Touch, and my wallet.

After that horrific experience, I slowly came to see things from a different perspective. Literally, I would become the personification of the old adage that a conservative is a liberal who has been mugged by reality.

Later, I became a homeowner and realized the best way to defend against a home invasion is with a firearm. So I became a gun owner. Not long after, I discovered I really enjoyed target shooting at the range, so I joined the NRA, and eventually became a conservative and an outspoken Second Amendment advocate.

But no, that’s not the reason I donate to the NRA. Teen activist David Hogg and actress Alyssa Milano’s anti-gun screeds are what inspire me to donate to the NRA—so that everyone at the NRA can keep working to protect our constitutional rights.

I donate to the NRA after mass shootings because of the anti-gun left. In fact, progressives calling for boycotts of the NRA and for gun bans are why thousands of new people join, and why current members donate more.

The left is the very reason donations to the NRA tripled in February after the horrific school shooting in Parkland, Florida. When #KillTheNRA was trending on Twitter, I gave 11 NRA gift memberships.

And yes, we should allow teachers to be armed. Across the country, many teachers are being trained and are starting to carry concealed so they can fight back and defend their students.

Let’s give our teachers a chance, rather than having them sacrifice their lives by shielding their students with their bodies. It’s absurd that we protect our stadiums, banks, courthouses—and elected officials—with armed personnel, but leave our classrooms vulnerable to attack.

Just as former NRA instructor Stephen Willeford stepped up during a deadly mass shooting in November at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, and saved lives by stopping the gunman with his AR-15, NRA members are ready and willing to risk their lives to save others.

Gun-free zones aren’t the answer, and other gun laws are not working. Most gun control measures tend to disarm law-abiding citizens rather than criminals, who do not obey gun laws.

The NRA was founded in the 19th century and has been fighting for our constitutional rights and educating millions of people on the safe use of firearms ever since.

So in response to the NRA’s fiercest critics: No, we NRA members do not care more about guns than children, and no, the NRA is not a “terrorist” organization. You won’t meet a more patriotic American than an NRA member—and our numbers are growing.

Winning is the most important agenda for Trump. Making America great can only be accomplished by having a winning agenda and philosophy. Attitude, as ''they'' say, is by choice.  What you believe is possible makes all the difference. but it won't happen if you have no vision or will to make it happen. Sitting down and whining, complaining about what others haven't done is not a winning strategy.

You can't lose if you are a winner even when the people that stand on the sidelines, screaming foul can't stop you from being successful. Right?

It just can't get any simpler then that. The people see and understand. Actions speak louder then tearful rhetoric.
