Barack Leaves Washington : Goodbye AND Good Riddance!

Barack Ogbjma leaves the Washington for good - God bless America!
Well, this is the day I have been waiting to see for 8 long and torturous years that has left our great country in chaos and at risk of from foreign aggressors.

I warms my heart to know that the public has also seen Barack's failure to deliver on his most important Constitutional obligation and that is to protect the country by voting to bring back common sense;  Conservative principles.

Goodbye Barack and may you never show your face again in public. Scaring the children is not in the best interest of an angry nation. riddance

Trump Rebuilding Security for America : A Strong Military

Why is it that when someone actually take steps to build and rebuild our military that we depend on the protect us from those that want to destroy our ability to function as a civil society, so many among us find it not in the best interest of the nation to have a powerful military.

The progressive socialists believe a strong and dominate military only scares other nations, and is unproductive in our efforts to gain acceptance and legitimacy for our principles. And as the last 8 years of this philosophy and ideology became a reality, it proved to be a flawed ideology. producing a world in chaos and conflict.

In my view. 'sweetness and light'' are good diplomatic tools to try and persuade, but when that persuasion is no longer useful to explain to an would-be aggressor, it is an imperative that a big stick be available as another tool to persuade others to take a different tact when they find it might be advantageous in the game to deal from the bottom of the deck..

From the very beginning of time though, the man with the largest stick always won the right to live the way he wanted to.  All others had to learn to do the same or parish.

Trump Takes the First Step in Restoring the US Military
Thomas Spoehr /

On Friday, President Donald Trump signed an exceptionally important executive order initiating both the beginning of the rebuilding of the U.S. armed forces and the fulfillment of a campaign promise.
Because he signed this order on the same day he signed the order on immigration it hasn’t yet gotten the attention it deserves. That’s a shame. The order, titled “Rebuilding the U.S. Armed Forces,” has not yet been officially posted to the White House website. But a draft of the order, accompanied by news reports, gives us enough details to be able to assess it.

The order directs Secretary of Defense James Mattis to conduct a 30-day review of the readiness of the armed forces to assess their ability to conduct the fight against the Islamic State, or ISIS, and other forms of radical Islamic terrorism, as well as near peer competitors and regional adversaries.
This review is critically needed. The Heritage Foundation has been vocal in calling for such a review based on our independent assessment of the U.S. military.

The Heritage 2017 Index of U.S. Military Strength assessed our overall military capability as “marginal, trending towards weak” because of many years of budget cuts and overuse. Our assessment found that the U.S. Army today is the smallest it has been since the start of World War II; the Navy is the smallest it has been since World War I; and the Air Force suffers from crippling shortages of pilots and maintenance personnel. For example, the average age of the Air Force’s planes is 27 years old.

Watch the Video - https://www.facebook.com/heritagefoundation/videos/10154713691594481/

For too long the nation, and the president, has neglected the state of military readiness in favor of other priorities. This 30-day review will allow the defense secretary and the president to establish the facts and determine the necessary priorities for the rebuilding of the military.

The order also calls for a review to “reduce commitments not directly related to the highest priority operations to make resources available for training and maintenance.” This is also overdue.
As described in the Heritage’s “Blueprint for Balance,” the Department of Defense spends hundreds of millions of dollars each year on programs not directly related to military readiness such as non-military-related medical research, sustainable energy programs, and junior ROTC programs. Although there won’t be enough resources identified just through cuts and efficiencies to fix the Pentagon’s readiness problems, every little bit helps.

Perhaps most significantly, the order directs Mattis and the director of the Office of Budget and Management to develop both a new request for emergency funding for fiscal year 2017 and to revise the still-to-be-released budget request for 2018 to provide the increased funding needed to begin the rebuilding of the military.

That direction aligns with recommendations from both Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Rep. Mac Thornberry, R-Texas. McCain and Thornberry, the chairmen of the Senate and House Armed Services committees, respectively, both have a clear-eyed view of the critical state of the U.S. military and have written persuasively on the need for additional defense funding.

Obtaining additional funding for defense will require some difficult negotiations within Congress and with the White House, but the need is so critical that failure to succeed is not a viable option.
Congress and the administration will need to establish concrete and measurable objectives for the rebuilding of our military so that the American taxpayer can be assured that every dollar applied to defense results in an improvement.

Finally, the executive order calls for a new nuclear posture and missile defense reviews, two critical defense areas that have both suffered considerably under the Obama administration. Heritage has been consistent and vocal in pointing out the need for new reviews and increased investment of our nation’s nuclear and missile defense domains.

Could all of these actions been undertaken without a presidential executive order? Certainly. But by signing this order, Trump has sent an unambiguous signal across his administration that the rebuilding of our military is one of his top priorities. Given the threats our nation faces today to its national interests, this sends exactly the right signal to both our allies and potential adversaries.

Love Grows With Age : Technology Speeds The Process

And then amongst all of the conflict and chaos in our daily discourse from the media, both main stream and social, comes this refreshing exchange between two mature love birds. This will make even a hard core democrat smile, not a progressive mind you, they don't smile under any conditions.

Enjoy!
An elderly couple, who had just learned how to send text messages on their mobile phones.
The wife was a romantic type and the husband was more of a no-nonsense guy.

One afternoon the wife went out to meet a friend for coffee.
She decided to send her husband a romantic text message and she wrote:

"If you are sleeping, send me your dreams."
"If you are laughing, send me your smile."
"If you are eating, send me a bite."
"If you are drinking, send me a sip."
"If you are crying, send me your tears."
"I love you."

The husband texted back to her: ''I love you to, but I'm on the toilet...  please advise."

OgbjmaCare Insures Less Then 2.7 Mil. People With Insurance : 13.8 Mil. On Medicaid

My goodness, this is hard to believe, the Ogbjma administration lied about OgbjmaCare's effectiveness and the number of people that are actually being helped by the program as it was designed by Johnathan Gruber, Ogbjma's number one Harvard expert on health care for the masses?

But wait, didn't Gruber tell us he had to lie about what OgbjmaCare was all about other wise it would never have passed? Wasn't it Gruber that said the people ''were too stupid'' to understand the real benefits of Ogbjma's wondrous heath care bill?

Oh no! Tell me it isn't so! And  they are all progressive democrats? Who knew?

New Data Show Obamacare Insures Less Than 20 Million, Most on Medicaid
Alyene Senger / /

Many Obamacare supporters claim the law has expanded health coverage to upwards of 20 million Americans, but new data shows that isn’t accurate.

As part of Congress’ continued push to repeal Obamacare, the House Budget Committee held a hearing this week titled “The Failures of Obamacare: Harmful Effects and Broken Promises.”
Heritage Foundation expert Ed Haislmaier was one of four expert witnesses who testified.
Haislmaier presented new data regarding gains in health coverage since the full implementation of Obamacare began in 2014.
Most of the reports on coverage gains, such as the Obama administration’s, are typically based on government or private survey data rather than actually counting the change in private insurance or Medicaid program enrollments.

Haislmaier’s testimony highlighted his previous findings that only about 14 million people had gained coverage during the first two years of Obamacare’s full implementation (2014-2015). In addition, he reported preliminary findings for 2016. Data is not yet available for the full year, but based on the first three quarters of 2016, Haislmaier finds a net total increase in coverage of about another 2.5 million people. He explains:
The preliminary data show that during that period, enrollment in the individual market grew by 842,028 individuals, enrollment in fully insured employer plans declined by 1,128,597 individuals, enrollment in self-insured employer plans increased by 776,780 individuals, and Medicaid and CHIP [Children’s Health Insurance Program] enrollment increased by 2,044,809 individuals.
In sum, Medicaid coverage accounts for 81 percent of the total gain in coverage for the first three quarters of 2016. This is consistent with Haislmaier’s previous findings that the bulk of the coverage gains since Obamacare’s full implementation have been in the Medicaid program, not private insurance.

Adding the 2016 preliminary data to the coverage gains from 2014 and 2015, there has been a total net gain in coverage of 16.5 million individuals from Obamacare’s launch through the first three quarters of 2016. Medicaid coverage has increased by 13.8 million individuals and private coverage has had a net increase of 2.7 million individuals.

Once again, the data confirm that Obamacare’s principle coverage effect has been to expand Medicaid.

Cabinet Nominess Stonewalled by Democrats : Sen. Schumer Promised to Obstruct

It's clear that the progressive liberal democrats are demonstrating their best efforts to obstruct the operation of our government as Senator Schumer said he would. And as we all that live in the real world know, this is who the democrats are and always have been.

Republicans and democrats are not just political opponents, the democrats see the Republicans as the enemy and must be stopped or destroyed.

The 'New world' progressive democrat is about getting and keeping power ''by any means necessary'' and to effectively stop the orderly transfer of power from one party to another is just the beginning of the organized attack on this country's people and our Constitution. Chuck Schumer promised he would do what ever was necessary to stop the Trump administration.

And yet as we all are witnesses, this stone walling of nominees by the progressive democrats and worse, the Republicans falling away from the fight that a majority voted for them to take a stand and make a difference, and as a result, the Constitutional succession of power becomes a travesty of incompetence.

13 of Trump’s Cabinet Nominees Await Senate Approval, Leaving Agencies Without a Leader
Rob Bluey / / Fred Lucas / /

President Donald Trump moved at a blistering pace to fulfill several campaign promises during his first week in the White House. At the other end of Pennsylvania Avenue, however, 13 of his Cabinet nominees continue to wait for confirmation votes.
Obama had 11 of his 15 Cabinet secretaries in place after his first week. Trump has two.
Trump begins his second week with the same number of Cabinet secretaries as last week: two. That number should at least double by Tuesday after the Senate votes to confirm Rex Tillerson for secretary of state and Elaine Chao for secretary of transportation.
The slow pace of confirmations is delaying Trump’s ability to implement his agenda, several former administration officials told The Daily Signal.
It’s also a sharp contrast from President Barack Obama’s early days. Trump’s Democrat predecessor had 11 of his 15 Cabinet secretaries in place after his first week (including Robert Gates, who remained as defense secretary from the prior administration).
Five of the past six presidents—Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Obama—had nearly their entire Cabinet installed by their second week in the White House. President George H.W. Bush faced delays, but he had the advantage of retaining three of Reagan’s Cabinet secretaries.

Trump’s Nominees Face ‘Unprecedented’ Democrat Obstructionism

This week’s planned confirmation votes on Tillerson and Chao, coupled with committee action on several other nominees, should generate some movement after the GOP-controlled Senate made little progress last week. (See list at bottom for this week’s schedule.)
Last week, Republicans left town for a three-day retreat in Philadelphia, but they did confirm two non-Cabinet officials: Mike Pompeo to lead the CIA and Nikki Haley as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. On Jan. 20, Inauguration Day, the Senate approved James Mattis for defense secretary and John Kelly for homeland security secretary.
Democrats have vowed to mount a fight against at least eight of Trump’s nominees, including Tillerson. Due to a rules change that Democrats made in 2013 while they were in the majority, however, they lack the votes to ultimately defeat Trump’s nominees. It now takes a simple majority to confirm nominees, and Republicans control 52 seats compared to the Democrats’ 48. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer still can employ delaying tactics, though.
Such delays could stall the Trump administration’s ability to implement policies or carry out executive orders, said Don Devine, director of the Office of Personnel Management under Reagan.
“This is a president who wants change, and he has got to get his nominees confirmed as soon as possible if he is going to get that change,” Devine told The Daily Signal.
Continuity of government is usually not a problem, but implementing the president’s agenda is, said Becky Norton Dunlop, the Ronald Reagan distinguished fellow at The Heritage Foundation. Dunlop served in the Reagan administration at the White House, Justice Department, and Interior Department.
“From the standpoint of taking control of the government, it’s important for the president to employ people to act,” Dunlop told The Daily Signal.

Most of Trump’s nominees ultimately will be confirmed, Dunlop said. She said this is just an effort by Schumer, D-N.Y., to curb their effectiveness. The minority leader knows that the longer it takes for Trump’s nominees to win Senate approval, the later they’ll start implementing the new president’s agenda.
“This is a way to damage these nominees that might have a more conservative agenda under President Trump and discourage them from moving forward aggressively,” Dunlop said.
For example, Tom Price, the Georgia congressman who Trump nominated to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, will play a crucial role when it comes to dismantling Obamacare.
One of Trump’s first actions directed his administration to rework the health care law’s numerous regulations. But without a secretary in place, there’s no one leading the charge at the agency.

Watch the Video - https://www.facebook.com/TheDailySignalNews/videos/769905539842067/

Price, like Tillerson, is on Schumer’s list of eight nominees who Democrats oppose. The others include Betsy DeVos for education secretary, Steve Mnuchin for treasury secretary, Andrew Puzder as labor secretary, and Jeff Sessions for attorney general. Schumer’s list also includes Scott Pruitt to head the Environmental Protection Agency and Mick Mulvaney for the Office of Management and Budget, although they aren’t part of the Cabinet.
The remaining unconfirmed Cabinet nominees include Ben Carson for housing and urban development secretary, Rick Perry for energy secretary, Sonny Perdue for agriculture secretary, Wilbur Ross for commerce secretary, David Shulkin for veterans affairs secretary, and Ryan Zinke for interior secretary.
Republicans were in the Senate minority in 2009 when many of Obama’s nominees won quick confirmation without obstruction or delay. In fact, nine of Obama’s nominees were approved by voice vote, meaning Republicans didn’t even request a roll-call tally.

Despite having 57 Democrat senators on Jan. 20, 2009, Obama’s final Cabinet secretary wasn’t confirmed until April 28 of that year. Two of his picks for commerce secretary withdrew, as did former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, whom Obama picked to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.
The vacancy hampered the health agency when the swine flu outbreak occurred, recalled Tevi Troy, who served as a deputy secretary at HHS during the George W. Bush administration.
“It is a problem because these agencies are not able to be totally effective without a secretary at the top of the agency giving direction to assistant secretaries for the entire agency,” Troy told The Daily Signal.
During the interim period before a Cabinet secretary is confirmed, the acting agency head could be either a career employee or a political appointee designated by the previous administration. Either way, the White House designates someone to work with the acting secretary during the interim.
“The tradition has been that in the first day or the first week, a lot of nominees are confirmed,” Troy said. “My view is that if a nominee is both ethical and qualified, then the Senate should defer to the president’s choice for a Cabinet nominee.”

Schedule for Week of Jan. 30
Monday: Senate confirmation vote for Rex Tillerson, secretary of state; Senate Finance Committee vote on Steven Mnuchin’s nomination for treasury secretary
Tuesday: Senate confirmation vote for Elaine Chao, secretary of transportation; Senate Judiciary Committee vote on Jeff Sessions’ nomination for attorney general; Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee vote on Ryan Zinke for interior secretary and Rick Perry for energy secretary
Wednesday: Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee vote on Mick Mulvaney for director of the Office of Management and Budget (Mulvaney also needs approval from the Senate Budget Committee)

Trump's New Boarder Restrictions : It's Called National Security!!

Trying to comprehend the agenda of the progressive socialist liberal democrats is at once confusing and frustrating given that it appears their philosophy and ideology is designed to actually create chaos and conflict that will do the country harm, but at the same time the progressive leadership proclaim they are all about what's best for those in need of just a secure place to live.

And this is the very point that brings the most frustration and anger for those of us down here in the trenches. Remember we are the ones that voted to make a secure boarder a reality, not the progressive liberal democrats.

History shows the progressives really do not have any compassion for the disadvantaged or the needy, look what they have done to more the 90% of the black population that supports them and their progressive agenda.

Are the  black people better off after 8 years of the first black president that that just happens to be a progressive socialist or much worse?

The question that remains is why would those in the progressive collective care about what happens to the country from refugees and illegal immigrates that are flooding in unvetted when they don't care about our own disadvantaged that are citizens and support them with their votes?

So who is to be blamed for our problems at the boarder, Trump and the Republicans, or the 8 years of ruthless criminal activity of our own government officials that knowingly and willingly allowed, designed a national security risk to become a national security problem?

Trump Refugee Order Balances Security and Compassion
James Carafano / / January 28, 2017

Read any commentary on the just signed executive order on visa and refugee vetting from several countries in the Middle East and odds are the assessment will tell you more about the writer’s politics than be an analysis of the order.

I confess: I have a perspective as well. Mine comes from working on the presidential team on both foreign policy and homeland security from after the Republican convention up to the inauguration. I can’t share the detailed workings of the team. But what I can share, having worked on the issues, is what I believe guided the work. And it all started with making America safe. Not campaign promises, anger at any religion, or prejudice of any kind impacted our thinking on the transition team. What we were worried about were future threats.

Progressives accept chaos as a tool for transformation.
As the space for the Islamic State, or ISIS, gets squeezed in the Middle East, the remains of the tens of thousands of foreign fighters will have to flow somewhere. Every nation, not just the U.S., believes they are most likely to flow to the countries cited in the order. That fact, and only that fact, is why those countries are included on the list. Indeed, when it comes to visa vetting, that’s why the European Union has restrictions that are comparable to the United States.

The reason why we all worry is because, from those countries, foreign fighters could well try to flow to the West, principally by using visas or posing as refugees. When they get to the West, they could carry out terrorist acts. We know that because they already have—specifically in Western Europe.
They haven’t come to the U.S.—yet. Right now, our primary threat is Islamist-related terror plots that are organized by terrorists who are already here. What this administration is doing is making sure we are ready for the next wave of terrorism as well—the outflow of terrorists from the countries of conflict where the foreign fighters are likely to go first.

There are already cries that the precautions are unfair—creating hardships. Fair enough, but terrorists attacks (like those at the Bataclan in France by the followers of ISIS) create unbearable hardships as well—and the government has the responsibility to find the right balance between security and compassion for its citizens as well as consider how U.S. actions impact others around the world.

One area where the order tries to get that balance right is to ensure future refugee processing prioritizes addressing the plight of religious minorities. That is particularly crucial in the Middle East where the remnants of the region’s Christian communities are under severe threat.

Worldwide persecutions against Christian minorities have been rising for four straight years. It’s particularly problematic in the Middle East. The administration is making an extra effort to address that crisis.

While critics will continue to demonize the administration’s policies because they don’t fit their politics, Americans who crave a foreign policy that prioritizes American interests, puts a compassionate face on statecraft that reflects our values, and acts responsibly will find much to respect in the order.

The Perfect Candidate Lost - What Went Wrong? : The Media Goes to The Mattreses

https://www.facebook.com/ViralPatriot/photos/a.1621287138159894.1073741828.1620280128260595/1819927348295871/?type=3
The media cannot comprehend reality
Here we have the perfect definition of a 'deer in the head lights' look when progressive liberal democrats first noticed their candidate lost the election.

Their first thought is to find a safe place that will reinforce their basic understanding of their manufactured reality. What better place then other like minded sacrosanct in the news media.

Worse yet, most of voters that all but threw them selves off tall building to get her elected, never will accept the fact their candidate was a loser from the beginning.

And when she gets the idea to call all of the Republicans and independent voters ''deplorable'' she was looking the mirror wonder what to say to convince her followers that she was actually worth their vote.

And then it came to her in a moment of inspiration, everyone was deplorable, including herself as she laughed out loud, 'It show time!! The show must go on. That's show biz'.

News Media Threatened by Change : Progressive Thought IS Destructive

News media instructs the public that they are mentally incompetent.
When things don't go as planed, those that must make a change that demands common sense.

If you decide not to change with the situation, then it's likely you will suffer the consequences which usually comes in the form of incoherent ravings and language use that begs diminished capacity.

This is called the lunatic fringe. Debased, lurid and depraved.

But the all consuming problem for many progressive liberals democrats, in and out of government, and the media becomes a total consuming threat to those that won't change or cannot change as their personal ideology demands retaliation, even to the point of self destruction.

The infestation is so complete and destructive that they are seen as mentally incompetent or much worse, to the average citizen that lives and works in the real world.

Voter Fraud Numbers Examined : 15 Million illegals With Drivers Licenses?

This so cool - the media is historical when it comes to voter fraud as they know they are progressive liberals and so rely heavily on fraud to win elections. And to have an investigation by the DOJ to demand states and communities clean their voter registration roles, as outlined by law, will have catastrophic results for progressive democrats. Typical fraud numbers will much higher then we ever thought.

Will it be 3-5 million remains to be seen. But just imagine the 15 - 20 million illegals in this country now that have been here for decades, have drivers licenses and are registered to vote and have for years, it's easy to see how the numbers could astronomical.

Trump DOJ Likely to Find Many Offenses in Voter Fraud Probe, Experts Say
Fred Lucas / /

President Donald Trump’s Justice Department will likely find numerous offenses to warrant launching a broad investigation into voter fraud, legal experts and watchdog groups say.
Trump has said that more than 3 million to 5 million illegal votes were cast during the 2016 election, causing him to receive a lower popular vote total than his vanquished opponent, Hillary Clinton, whom he defeated in the Electoral College.

One legal organization took action on preventing voter fraud this week. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, a voter integrity group, reached a consent decree with Noxubee County, Mississippi, which has had voter registration that exceeds the number of county residents since 2011, according to the group. A consent decree is a legal agreement between two parties without an acknowledgment of guilt.

The decree includes requiring the county to identify dead voters on the rolls, clear voter rolls of former county residents, and mail all registered voters who have been inactive since January 2011. The Public Interest Legal Foundation this week is also seeking to pry the release of information about noncitizens registered to vote in Manassas, Virginia.

Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the Public Interest Legal Foundation, said it is good that the Justice Department won’t just leave it to the nonprofit groups to weed out fraud. “We need to know how many noncitizens are voting and know the unknowns,” Churchwell told The Daily Signal. “Trump could just enforce the law. The giant research project he tweeted about, or had a series of tweets about, is worthwhile and only something the federal government could do.”

It’s likely that 800,000 noncitizens illegally voted in the last presidential election, according to Jesse Richman, an associate professor of political science at Old Dominion University, who extrapolated on a 2014 study that examined illegal voting in the 2008 and 2010 elections.

Watch the video - Sean Spicer https://youtu.be/YLYHFtUzb9A

Before the 2016 election, there were several documented cases of voter fraud. These included an FBI probe that found 19 dead people were registered to vote in Harrisonburg, Virginia; a woman arrested in Des Moines, Iowa, for voting twice for Trump; and a CBS News investigation that found multiple cases of dead voters and double voting in Colorado.
8 Instances of Voter Fraud in 2016, and It’s Not Even Election Day Yet

Churchwell asserted Trump’s 3 million or more projection couldn’t be proven or disproven, but regardless of whether this is an overstatement, President Barack Obama’s Justice Department ignored Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act, better known as the “motor voter” law. This provision requires local governments to maintain and keep voter rolls current.

The Obama administration has not enforced this provision of the motor voter law, and in Florida, Wisconsin, and Ohio, even took action to prevent maintaining the voter registration rolls.
Still others, such as Michael Waldman, president of the Brennan Center for Justice, a liberal legal group at the New York University School of Law, insisted voter fraud is a myth and opposed an investigation.

“An expensive investigation of imaginary voter fraud is not needed. It could easily devolve into a witch hunt,” Waldman said in a public statement. “Worse, it could be used to justify sweeping voting restrictions. There is no need for another investigation that is not independent, rigorous, and fact-based.” Waldman continued:
There is a great deal of evidence that our voting system locks out far too many eligible citizens from voting. The voter registration system needs an upgrade, and that is something that should unite all Americans. Errors on the voter rolls are emphatically not signs of fraud—they are signs that we need to improve the system.
An investigation into voter fraud would not be complicated, said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a government watchdog group. “You can see the numbers we are talking about by looking at public voter registration lists and cross-checking that against a list of noncitizens,” Fitton told The Daily Signal. “The federal government could coordinate with state and local governments and determine who registered to vote illegally. It’s a simple process. That’s why the left is so upset. They know the jig is up.”

Enforcing the law is long overdue, said Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative at The Heritage Foundation. “We don’t need [to create] a commission. The Justice Department can enforce the law and work with the Department of Homeland Security, and its records for citizenship and change of status to get an idea of who is illegally registered to vote,” von Spakovsky told The Daily Signal.

Regardless of the investigation’s outcome, von Spakovsky expects critics will dismiss anything that falls short of Trump’s 3 to 5 million illegal voter estimate. “They may try to dismiss this, but the American people don’t believe what the media say about voter fraud not being real,” von Spakovsky said. “Polling solidifies that.”

The News You Missed : Womens March for ''Justice''?

Womens March
The news you might have missed on ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN.
These pictures are gross and I offer my apology for that, but If you remember what the media coverage was last week about the ''women's march for justice'' in Washington DC, I believe what you saw wasn't anything like this.

Oh and wasn't Madonna just he best? She represent the wishes of all women, right?

The media has a thing about the truth and who has the responsibility to tell it.

The problem of course is when the people that have that responsibility to tell the truth decide it's no longer necessary as it is in conflict with the media's idea, ideology of what is relevant to the situation at hand, and therefore takes literary license to crate it own realty through misinformation, deception and outright lies.

The next question, of course is, can we believe anything now that is printed in our news papers or what we watch on main stream television? Remember the New York Times stated they no longer have to have a duty to tell the truth as Trump is forcing them to make-up what ever information it will take to defeat his presidency.

So, in light of how the ''new wave'' media responds to integrity, honesty and principled journalism, can we assume everything produced by the national press fake? Is the entire industry of the main stream news now unbelievable? Is it all lies and distortion? Deceitful and shameless?  Contentious and delusional?

It appears so.

Traffic Cop Writes Tickets : Man's Wife Explains Most of them (Humor)

You have to know, this is where the saying, ''There ain't no justice'' comes from. This is a good one!

A police officer pulls over a speeding car. The officer says, "I clocked you at 80 miles per hour, sir ."

The driver says, "Goodness, officer, I had it on cruise control at 60; perhaps your radar gun needs calibrating." Not looking up from her knitting the wife says: 'Now don't be silly, dear -- you know that this car doesn't have  cruise control"

As the officer writes out the ticket, the driver looks over at his wife and growls, "Can't you please keep your mouth shut for once !! ?" The wife smiles demurely and says,  "Well dear you should be thankful your radar detector went off when it did or your speed would have been higher."

As the officer makes out the second ticket for the illegal radar detector unit , the man glowers at his wife and says through clenched teeth, "Woman, can't you keep your mouth shut?"
The officer frowns and says,  'And I notice that you're not wearing your seat belt, sir. That's an automatic $75 fine. '  The driver says,  'Yeah, well, you see, officer, I had it on, but I took it off when you pulled me over so that I could get my license out of my back pocket. '

The wife says,  "Now, dear, you know very well that you didn't have your seat belt on. You never wear your seat belt when you're driving." And as the police officer is writing out the third ticket, the driver turns to his wife and barks, ''WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT UP?? '

The officer looks over at the woman and asks, "Does your husband always talk to you this way, Ma'am? " I love this part......."Only when he's been drinking."

D.C. Student Explains Worth of Vouchers (Video) : Escaping Failure

Why is there so much push back from progressives in the media and progressive democrats against providing a good education to those that need it the most to escape poverty and the pestilence that comes with it?

Do the progressive liberal democrats really hate poverty, or is it that they just hate those that are poor and disadvantaged? That the democrats use and abuse the poor as tools to gain power and influence and therefore see them as weak and disgusting? Why else would the democrats act this way?

Can it be just the public educational system supporters, mostly progressive democrats in the NEA that benefit the most from the obscene amounts of money that is demanded each year from the public to run what everyone knows is a failed and corrupt public educational system?

Can it be just about the money and the power to control others?

Remember, it was Barack on nearly his first day in office, he canceled the Charter School system in D.C. as a pay back to the NEA for it's support, and thereby throwing thousands of students into the streets, back into the disaster that is the public educational system from which they fled.

Worse, there was nearly no push back from the Republicans or Conservatives as they were terrified of be called racists if they opposed the first black president by the media and media's friends in congress, progressive socialist liberal democrats, the supposed champions of the middle classes and the poor.

One thing that is obvious, if the poor become educated, more eligible and capable of find good jobs and therefore become successful, prosperous, they will not likely to vote democrat. It makes good sense for the democrats that the poor and the disadvantaged must remain poor and disadvantaged.

Only 2 Miles, but a Planet Away
Kelsey Harkness / /

Just over 2 miles from the U.S. Capitol lives Kariah Butler, a 10-year-old girl being raised by a single mom. Looking for a way out of the neighborhood public school, which last year graduated less than 50 percent of its class, Kariah’s mother signed her up for the federal school voucher program.

Called the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program, it launched in 2004 to serve low-income students in the nation’s capital by awarding them vouchers to attend a private school of their choice. Spending a fraction per student compared to public schools, this school choice program has increased graduation rates by 21 percentage points.

Under the new Republican-led administration, school choice advocates are hopeful that efforts like the D.C Opportunity Scholarship Program won’t just survive, but perhaps even expand. On Thursday, President Donald Trump lent his support to the movement and issued an official proclamation declaring Jan. 22-28, 2017, as National School Choice Week.

The Daily Signal traveled to the Anacostia section of Washington to meet Kariah and see what life is like over the bridge, where school choice is helping, one child at a time.

Trumps New Approach to Media : Main Stream Scribblers Outraged

OMG - President Trump is actually doing what he said he would do. This to many in the media, both Conservative and progressive liberal news outlets and politicians is not 'business as usual', and therefore unacceptable. Real politicians have always said what they would do if elected, and when they are actually elected they always governed by the standards of those that went before. They did nothing.

As everyone knows and understands, security is found in the usual and the acceptable way of doing things. To make changes in ones daily routine is scary and frightening, and for the new media that has always had the upper hand, this is deplorable and  unacceptable.

Trump White House’s Revolutionary Approach to the Media
Katrina Trinko / /

''The mainstream media isn’t the only game in town anymore.” That’s what White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Tuesday night on Fox News—and his actions show he’s serious about the sentiment.

Video  Katrina Trinko / /

It’s long been a tradition that the mainstream outlets sit in the front rows at White House press briefings, and typically their reporters are most likely to get to ask questions. “It doesn’t matter the president, his spokesman generally sucks up to the big dogs of the media: the big newspapers, broadcast networks, the cable news channels, and the dominant wire service, the Associated Press,” Poynter’s James Warren writes.

But Spicer is shocking the D.C. media establishment by making it clear that the Trump White House is going to be responsive to the conservative media. In fact, at the first press briefing Spicer did, he called first on the New York Post—the conservative newspaper in New York City. He also called on Newsmax, the Christian Broadcasting Network, and Fox News in that same briefing. In his second briefing, Spicer gave the first question to LifeZette, and later called on Breitbart and The Daily Signal’s own Fred Lucas.

Video - https://youtu.be/4LkNBlLo1xA

“The order in which [Spicer] called on people suggests it is a new day when it comes to who this White House considers being priorities in terms of being called on,” CNN’s Jake Tapper remarked Monday.

It’s about time. It’s no secret the mainstream media is biased, and there’s a double standard on how liberal and conservative politicians are treated. But the mainstream media also regularly frames its narratives and questions around liberal values and priorities.

Think about the difference between a question about “marriage equality” rather than whether all children deserve a mom and a dad, or one about reproductive rights instead of whether unborn children old enough that they could survive if born prematurely should still be aborted.

Consider the difference between focusing on potential cuts to entitlement programs and who they’d affect instead of talking about how the U.S. plans to avoid becoming the next Greece while remaining on this unsustainable fiscal track. Or a question about the welfare and future of the Dreamers—the young adults who were brought illegally to the U.S. as children—instead of one about the impact illegal immigration has on job opportunities for low-skilled American citizens.

Just consider these questions from the first White House press briefing Monday:
  • Daniel Halper, New York Post: When will you guys commence the building of the border wall? … What about with Obamacare, are you guys enforcing the mandate or not? (via CBS News)
  • Jennifer Wishon, Christian Broadcasting Network: Of all the policy actions that the president could have taken, [he] chose to reinstate the Mexico City policy [which bans using taxpayer dollars to fund organizations internationally that provide abortions]. What message is he sending here? Does he see the elimination or reduction of abortions as an American value? And also, here at home, can pro-life Americans expect him to put his signature on legislation that will defund Planned Parenthood? (via Politico)
  • John Roberts, Fox News: Does the president plan to take action to greenlight the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines? (via Politico)
The wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. Defunding Planned Parenthood. The Keystone pipeline.
These are all issues of huge importance to conservative voters—and notice they weren’t framed as being about oh, racism, or hurting women’s reproductive rights, or wanting to destroy the environment. That’s amazing.

And the trend continued Tuesday. The Daily Signal’s Lucas asked about the Collins-Cassidy health care bill, a bill that would preserve much of Obamacare.
LifeZette’s Jim Stinson asked:
Today, immigration enforcement organizations and activists expressed concern that they haven’t seen immediate action on [the amnesty programs] DACA and DAPA. … That was a key campaign pledge of President Trump on the campaign trail. When can people expect action on that?
Video - https://youtu.be/U9Ic5nBol8g

Spicer’s willingness to call on conservatives suggests the Trump administration isn’t going to buck accountability to conservatives. Stinson’s question won’t be the last hard one Spicer faces from the right, no doubt. And for many in the mainstream media, the new style of White House press briefings could offer a unique opportunity to hear conservatives. It’s no secret that liberals widely outnumber conservatives in the media—just consider what an October analysis found:
In all, people identified in federal campaign finance filings as journalists, reporters, news editors, or television news anchors—as well as other donors known to be working in journalism—have combined to give more than $396,000 to the presidential campaigns of [Hillary] Clinton and [Donald] Trump, according to a Center for Public Integrity analysis.
Nearly all of that money—more than 96 percent—has benefited Clinton …
In fact, in 2012, The New York Times’ own public editor, Arthur Brisbane, noted the paper’s problematic liberal mindset:
Across the paper’s many departments, though, so many share a kind of political and cultural progressivism—for lack of a better term—that this worldview virtually bleeds through the fabric of The Times.
As a result, developments like the Occupy movement and gay marriage seem almost to erupt in The Times, overloved and undermanaged, more like causes than news subjects.
If those in the mainstream media are serious about being objective, and not parroting liberal perspectives, they could gain an understanding of conservative principles and values through listening to outlets like The Daily Caller, LifeZette, and Newsmax as they ask questions at the White House press briefings. Unfortunately, that already looks unlikely to happen.

The Associated Press—perhaps stinging from the rejection of not being given the first question, as is tradition—headlined a piece, “Pro-Trump site gets 1st question at White House briefing.”  Yeah, I’m not aware of the AP ever referring to a mainstream media outlet as “pro-Clinton.”

In his inaugural speech, President Donald Trump said, “We are transferring power from Washington, D.C., and giving it back to you, the American people.” Choosing to call on a variety of media outlets—both mainstream and conservative—in press briefings, as well as making a place for outlets without a Washington correspondent to Skype in, is just one way the Trump White House is showing it’s serious about being responsive to what the people want to know, not just what elite D.C. journalists are interested in.

Trump's Immigration Policy A Winner : Finally - Common Sense

Sometimes of late I have to just sit down and try to comprehend that what is happening, where President Trump is doing what I thought for so long was what had to be done to bring sanity back to our country, is real.  After so many years of government officials flaunting their personal agendas and ideologies on us, irrespective of the public wish and need for law and order in our civil communities.

The fact that President Trump is actually doing what we all have been demanding of our lawless government officials is so mentally refreshing, one has to take a break from the old daily barrage of progressive liberal criminal activity of the last 8 years, to comprehend a politician doing what they said they would do, and at the same time repair the damages to our country.

Not a day that goes by that I don't find myself with a smile on my face knowing, finally we are headed in the right direction to save our country.

Trump’s Immigration Actions Reverse Obama’s Open Borders Policy
Hans von Spakovsky / / James Wallner / /

Moving swiftly to fulfill his campaign promise to get the nation’s illegal immigration problem under control, President Donald Trump signed two executive orders on Jan. 25 that constitute an almost complete reversal of the Obama administration’s nonenforcement and open borders policy. From improving the physical barrier at our southern border to finally moving against sanctuary cities, these two executive orders put into effect a comprehensive program designed to secure our borders, implement interior enforcement, and reintegrate the assistance of state and local governments into federal efforts to enforce our immigration laws.

It has been a long time coming, but it seems to be finally happening: The federal government is actually enforcing our immigration laws.

As the first order, “Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements,” correctly sets out in its preamble, “border security is critically important to the national security of the United States” and “aliens who illegally enter… without inspection or admission present a significant threat to national security and public safety.”

The president orders the Department of Homeland Security to immediately take the following steps:
  • Plan, design, and construct a physical wall, using appropriate materials and technology to most effectively achieve complete operational control of the southern border.
  • End the “catch and release” policy of the Obama administration, which Border Patrol agents sarcastically referred to as “catch and run” that flooded the country with illegal aliens, as well as dramatically increase the capacity of detention facilities to handle this change and the number of immigration judges needed to handle alien cases.
  • Return illegal aliens “to the territory from which they came pending a formal removal proceeding,” expedite determinations of apprehended aliens’ claims of eligibility to remain in the U.S., and make federal prosecutions of immigration offenses “with a nexus to the southern border” a priority.
  • Hire an additional 5,000 Border Patrol agents.
  • Bring state and local law enforcement agencies back into immigration enforcement to get their assistance in the “investigation, apprehension, or detention of aliens,” including through the 287(g) program, something the Obama administration did everything it could to end.
  • Stop the “abuse of parole and asylum provisions currently used to prevent the lawful removal of removable aliens” by doing what the Obama administration refused to do: Apply the plain language of the provisions in immigration law that set out strict standards for asylum and parole.
  • Authorize immigration agents and even state officials who are helping federal authorities, to enter all federal lands in pursuit of illegal aliens—again something that the Obama Interior Department refused to allow in areas where national parks and other lands were along our borders.
  • The second, complementary order, “Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States,” aims at enhancing interior enforcement of our immigration laws, particularly for “aliens who engage in criminal conduct in the United States.”

  • This order outlines that executive branch officials are directed to:
    • Put a priority on removing aliens who have committed criminal offenses; that includes not just violent criminals, but also aliens who engage in fraud in connection with the government or public benefits.
    • Hire an additional 10,000 immigration officers.
    • Enter into agreements with as many state and local governments as possible to aid the federal government in enforcing federal immigration laws.
    • Cut off funding from the Department of Homeland Security and the Justice Department to sanctuary cities, as well as take appropriate action in court against any such sanctuary cities whose policies violate federal immigration law.
    • Review all previous immigration actions and policies to rescind or revise any that are inconsistent with federal immigration law or this executive order.
    • Implement a comprehensive program to prosecute illegal aliens for criminal violations of the law.
    • Implement sanctions against all “recalcitrant” countries that refuse to take back their nationals who are deported from the U.S.
    • Establish an office within the Department of Homeland Security to help the victims of crimes committed by illegal aliens.

  • There is no question that all of these actions, taken together, will be a major step in getting our illegal alien population under control, securing our border, and deterring and reducing the huge influx of illegal aliens into the U.S. that was spurred by the Obama administration’s lax policies.

  • It would seem that the political will to enforce our immigration laws and take a tough line on the illegal aliens that have been flooding into the country for many years has finally appeared in Washington in the form of Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States.
    It is about time.

Sanctuary Cities May Dance to A Different Tune : Trump Plays the Music!

Here is a great over view of just how bad the entire sanctuary city philosophy is to our civil society. The question that remains though is how and why did officials arrive at their decision to protect criminals at the expense of Amerian citizens?

It is federal law for cites to cooperate and comply with federal law. It's not a matter of choice, right?

And maybe even worse is why did Barack and the progressive liberal democrat find it prudent to support the sanctuary city agenda when the facts show it has caused chaos and conflict in so many communities around the country?

What was the intent of the progressive democrats given what has transpired across the country where large numbers of illegal immigrants congregated, and have been allowed to do as they please without fear of the law?

Why would progressive liberal democrats find such chaos purposeful? How will allowing illegal immigrants to bring chaos to our cities and towns be beneficial to the reelection of those that support such criminal activity?

And really if the truth be known, it is about the votes, legal and illegal voters. Nothing more.

The Showdown Over Sanctuary Cities
Sharyl Attkisson / /

In the 1940s, Jan Ting’s parents faced a difficult path to American citizenship following a U.S. immigration ban on Chinese workers that lasted 61 years.

Today, Ting is a law professor at Temple University—after serving as a top immigration official under President George H.W. Bush. Ting is also a strong opponent of sanctuary cities that shield illegal immigrants from deportation. That includes Philadelphia, where Temple University is located.

“I think that it is wrong, I think it endangers public safety, I think it endangers our law enforcement officers, and it’s just short-sighted,” he says.

This week on “Full Measure,” we examine the debate over sanctuary cities, which face a loss of federal funding following President Donald Trump’s directive Wednesday. Watch the story to learn more about what’s at stake.

Mary Tyler Moore Stood Firm : Feminism Wrong Headed

What great person - What a breath of fresh air. Logical and founded on common sense. Being an individual and an mature adult in the face of so much childish rancor in the media, it was so important to Moore, rather then being just another Hollywood celebrity toeing the political line to make sure her career stayed on track, she chose to follow her instincts as a woman that she would decide what was important to her and what was nonsense.

Little wonder then why she turned down Gloria Steinman. And as history has proven Moore correct, the feminist movement was only a self serving organization of elites back then, and as a result is now just a foot note in the political power status agenda.

Why Mary Tyler Moore Refused to Join the Feminist Movement
Genevieve Wood / /

Mary Tyler Moore was not what most people would call a conservative. But what may surprise many television fans mourning her passing at age 80 Wednesday is that the actress also didn’t consider herself a liberal.

In the 2013 PBS series “Pioneers of Television: Funny Ladies,” Moore explained that despite her TV character’s image on “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” as a never-married working woman who became a feminist icon, she turned down Gloria Steinem’s invitation to join the feminist movement.

“I believed, and still do, that women have a very major role to play as mothers,” said Moore. “It’s very necessary for them to be with their children. That’s not what Gloria Steinem was saying. She was saying you can do everything and you owe it to yourself to have a career. I really didn’t believe that.”

As to electoral politics, Moore endorsed Jimmy Carter during his 1980 re-election campaign. But fast forward to 2008, when she says she would have done the same for Republican presidential nominee John McCain had he asked her to do so. (Memo to GOP: Missed opportunity.)

Carter for president TV spot.(video) https://youtu.be/TSWIxpRf5Uo

In an interview in 2009, Moore told Parade magazine, “When one looks at what’s happened to television, there are so few shows that interest me. I do watch a lot of Fox News. I like Charles Krauthammer and Bill O’Reilly.” When asked if that meant she was a “right-winger,” Moore replied, “Maybe more of a libertarian centrist.”

Moore first found fame in the 1960s as homemaker Laura Petrie in “The Dick Van Dyke Show.” In her most famous role, as Mary Richards in the 1970s, she no doubt blazed a trail for women in America. But, refreshingly, unlike so many actresses of her time, she wasn’t angry about it.  And that’s one reason she will be remembered as the woman who could, and did, “turn the world on with her smile.”

What is Voter Fraud? : Barack Using The IRS, DOJ In 2012, Fraud?

I find it to be incredible that this discussion has gone on this long about voter fraud. The progressive liberal democrats will fight this tooth and nail as they depend on fraud to win election. There have been many stories about just how bad it is from Washington State, Patty Murray,  Minnesota, Al Franken, it was so bad there John Fund even wrote a book about, and Virginia, Governor Terry McAuliffe to mention only a few of the more tortured cases.

Little wonder then the media is pushing back so hard to stop this investigation into voter fraud. If there really isn't any fraud, criminal activity, why be so insistent if there is no fraud?

Judicial Watch did a survey a few years ago and found that between 2% to as high as 6% of votes in 2008 election were fraudulent. And if we are talking about fraud, what about the IRS and other government departments, DOJ, and agencies, the FBI, the EPA and others that attacked Republican and Conservative organization during the election in 2012?

Is a president that uses government organizations to win an election not fraud, criminal?

Watch video - https://youtu.be/YLYHFtUzb9A
