With Ketanji Brown Jackson stepping forwarded making a statement that is considered racist and therefore demining for black people in general, is it still possible an argument can be made to not have her asked to stepdown from her position on the court?
Certainty, she is not what the general public would consider an unbiased Constitutional scholar! And worse, she apparently doesn't know the difference between being biased and not show ones personal agenda and ideolog for all the world to see!

Is this the best way to demonstrate justice from the highest court in the land? Bias and ignorance is not an excuse! |
